The Hidden Treasure Cottage (Rm30)is a two hundred year old Fishermans Cottage recently refurbished situated to the side of the hotel. It has a small hallway, lounge and small utility room. Up stairs is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and shower. As the cottage is situated to the side of the hotel, the views of Romney Marsh are obscructed on the ground floor.

Every room has a direct dial telephone, clock radio, flat screen Digital Free view TV, hair dryer and hot drinks tray, plus a few little niceties that usually meet with our guests' approval. Our Lounge, Bar, Restaurant and most of our bedrooms have WIFI connection for the internet.

The Hope Anchor Hotel is primarily a traditional country hotel and generally wouldn't be called a luxury hotel. However, amongst our rooms we do offer a 200 year old fishermans cottage only 10 yards away from our entrance, which we believe is a luxury part of our hotel.

So if you are looking for a luxury hotel, we would like to offer our cottage to you. It comprises a small courtyard garden, drawing room, utiliry room, deluxe double bedroom and bathroom.
